Track & Field - Spring Session (April 8, 2025 - May 31, 2025)
Event: Intro to Track
Age: 4 -6yrs
Designed for kids age 4 to 6 to develop basic sprinting, jumping, throwing, and relay skills as well as proper warm-up & cool-down exercises
Days: Sundays 3:00pm - 3:45pm (April 27th - May 18th)
Event: Intro to Hurdles
Age: 9-17yrs
Designed for athletes ages 9 to 17 focusing on drills to enhance proper techniques in hurdling as well proper warm-up & cool- down exercises
Days: Sundays 4:00pm - 4:45pm (April 6th - May 18th)
Event: Distance
Age: 7 -15yrs
Designed for ages 7 to 15 to develop middle distance runners in the 800m, the mile, and the two-mile. Coach monitors mileage & times to give individualized feedback on running progression.
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00pm - 5:45pm (April 8th - May 22nd)
Event: Sprints & Relays
Age: 7 - 15yrs
Designed for ages 7 to 15 to develop the fundamentals and proper techniques of sprinting & relays as well as proper warm-up & cool-down exercises
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00pm - 5:45pm (April 8th - May 22nd)
Event: Track 101
Age: 7-11yrs
Designed for kids age 7 to 11 to develop basic sprinting, jumping, throwing, and relay skills as well as proper warm-up & cool-down exercises
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm - 6:45pm (April 8th - May 22nd)
Event: Advanced Track
Age: 12-17yrs
An intermediate course designed for athletes ages 12 to 17 to focusing on proper techniques & form development for sprinting & skills through advanced drills as well as proper warm-up and cool down exercises.
